Couple inquiring for the available dates ideal for wedding in municipal office, quickly being married on the spot by Mayor! - Teachers ng Pinas

Amidst the pandemic, this couple succeeded the challenge that they are now encountering. Both of them are excited in their wedding plan, so they decided to go to the Mayor's office and ask for available dates for their wedding. And this couple was surprised to the response of the Mayor! 

After the Mayor heard their inquiry of the couple, Mayor Antonio Ferrer of General Trias, Cavite responded immediately if the couple wants to be official on the spot of the office. 

The couple were also excited in which they automatically agreed upon to what Mayor Antonio said. They were being marry on the spot and the Mayor lead the ceremony and officially announced them inside of the office as husband and wife! 

Erica Calandria-Sagum and Einnolav Meosjin really didn't expect the Mayor's response and both of them were also excited to be official and legal, so they also agreed on the Mayor's proposal. 

According to the viral post of Mrs. Erica Sagum, their wedding was supposedly last April 25 of 2020, but due to the global pandemic that the globe is currently facing right now, the wedding postponed. 

"Yesterday afternoon, we went to the Mayor's office to ask if we can schedule our civil wedding not later than the expiry date. And surprisingly, the Mayor asked if we want to get married on the spot, and of course we said yes!❤️" Erica added on her post. 

According to the couple, even it wasn't being planned as what they supposed to be crafted, the important is they are now official husband and wife! 

The post went viral and inspired everyone that even though the occasion isn't that luxury, the couple were still thankful. 

The couple also expressed their big thanks to the staff and the individuals who witnessed their love and for participating by the unplanned and surprise wedding.
